House music duo Hardy & Martin have released two summer anthems on their So Sweet EP released via Fibre Records. Released on 28 June, So Sweet EP is the sixth release on the imprint.
Fibre Records is an extension of the Fibre brand and legendary nightclub in Leeds which has been operating for over 20 years. Established just last year, Fibre Records has quickly become a notable force within the House music arena, and the release of So Sweet EP will undoubtedly further their influence.
Both Hardy & Martin are accomplished artists with impressive careers so far. Lee Hardy has been a DJ for over 15 years, and has been producing for 5 years with numerous releases under his belt. Renowned for his distinct piano-influenced and larger than life vocal sound, he’s also a sought after DJ in the UK. With multiple residencies across Liverpool, Manchester and Ibiza, and his popularity only set to increase with the release of So Sweet EP, Lee Hardy is one to watch. Con Martin has been DJing for a decade, has played in Ibiza for Sin Sundays and has hosted his own legendary Houseone Events. Although he started producing quite recently, his music has been played in the UK, Ibiza and Marbella.
The EP is energetic, radiant and enticing. ‘So Sweet’ and ‘One More Time’ feature uplifting pianos, hearty and warm vocals, with melodies and rhythm that will breathe life onto any dancefloor. So Sweet EP arrives just in time for summer, and both tracks could effortlessly become summer anthems.
