With ‘Overstimulated,’ released February 20, ZOCO deliver a high-voltage statement ahead of their debut EP LUMANISTA I, arriving March 6. Led by multi-instrumentalist Marco Zocco and joined by his brothers Paolo and Matteo, the project channels modern frustration into a sharp, explosive rock anthem that feels both timely and necessary.

Built on commanding guitar riffs, a relentless march-like rhythm, and flashes of club-inspired synth textures, the track bridges classic hard rock power with contemporary urgency. Marco’s vocal performance is charged and theatrical without losing precision, cutting through lines that critique comparison culture, digital addiction, and emotional numbness. The phrase “altogether, all alone” captures the paradox of hyperconnection, while the blunt “get the f*ck off your phone” lands as both provocation and plea.

Following earlier singles ‘Restless,’ ‘Diamond In The Rough,’ and ‘Searching,’ this release cements the tone of LUMANISTA I as a record rooted in introspection but delivered with arena-ready force. With production support from Gunnar Nelson, executive production by Kerry Brown, and contributions from industry veterans like Carmine Rojas and GRAMMY-winner Theron “Neff-U” Feemster, the EP blends seasoned craftsmanship with youthful urgency.

Overstimulated’ isn’t subtle — and it isn’t meant to be. It’s a defiant reminder that in a world drowning in noise, awareness begins with turning down the volume and choosing to listen.
